A) To create worldwide opinions, Health
Forum for each specific topics held by URMPM on internet by topic. Here,
one leading scientist gives his/her opinion to the world, then everyone can give their comments on the messages
board on internet. After this discussion, the highest level of the opinion is published in the URMPM journal
(A). And the other excellent comments are published in the URMPM
Newsletters, etc.
B) To generate new
global networks in medical and health science research, an International
Committee of the Center by the URMPM executive members assists your global
research proposal. This activity includes the exchange of the URMPM members
among each network.
C) To promote
the higher scientific knowledge and skills, a visiting scientist system is
introduced, under supervises of the URMPM Executive members. All
nominator's study proposals are judged by the Research Evaluation Committee
to get their research grants. The outcomes are published in the URMPM
journal, HEALTH (URMPM).
D) To elevate the knowledge and the skills in public, seminars, symposiums
and workshops are provided timely by international specialists in the URMPM
executive members.
1) The
members consist of the URMPM's specialists. All
positions are part-time jobs. The payment will be decided by separate
rules.
2) The
Headquarter locates in Tokyo, Japan, because Tokyo has United Nations University. The
first President of the Center is Prof. R. Sakai, URMPM Chairperson.
3) The administrators
are employed on a couple of branches in the world, jointly with URMPM
Information and Registration Office.
4) Any
commercial activities are inhibited.
5) The Center
is independent from any specific groups, expect for URMPM.
